HAPPY Aging is an acronym for Healthy, Active, Positive, Productive Years!
Viewing aging Holistically, I focus on all aspects of the process. What we put in our bodies, how we move and exercise, our attitude and beliefs about aging, understanding our genetics and that which is outside our control. Most importantly is Acceptance. You can Botox and use as many fillers as you can but mother nature will have her way with you.
Kindness towards ourselves for aging, especially for woman is so important. Join me on this journey of discovery through the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and on up! It is a gift to live each of these decades that not everyone gets.
I know a thing or two about the aging process and how my DNA affects the way I am doing it. Lets connect and have a conversation about you, your DNA and your feelings towards aging.
Whether you just turned 50 and went WTF or you are 68, 72 or 81 the "feeling old" hits everyone at a different point in their lives. Get a handle on the aging process early or later on and find a renewed purpose and excitement for whatever stage you are at. What a gift to give our children/grandchildren to see their elders embracing the aging process instead of moaning and groaning about how awful it is. Think about it, you have the power to change the narrative. Let's chat and see what is possible.
